The 3D preview runs entirely on your phone — your photo never leaves your device or touches our servers. Rotate the piece, flip the light on and off, and see roughly how your LightBox will look. The preview is about 90% accurate to the real thing — small variations in tone and texture are normal, since each piece is custom designed.

Signature designs ship in 5-7 days. Custom orders take 7-10 days. Shipping is free across India. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

High-resolution photos with good contrast and lighting work best. Portraits, landscapes, and illustrations all translate well. If your photo needs any adjustments, we'll send you a separate email after you order.

A few simple rules keep it looking new for years:

• Do not open or disassemble the box — the internal assembly is sealed and precisely calibrated. Opening it will damage the piece and void any replacement.
• Avoid direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure can yellow the front face and fade the artwork.
• Keep it dry. Do not place near sinks, humidifiers, or outdoors.
• Dust gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Do not use water, glass cleaner, alcohol, or any solvents on the front panel.
• Unplug before moving the frame — don't carry it by the power cable.

If anything feels off — flickering, odd colour shift, loose fitting — email support@anchorlabs.in instead of prying it open. We'll sort it out.

We don't offer refunds. If your piece arrives damaged, we'll replace it at no cost — we just need a video of you unboxing the package so we can verify. Email the video to support@anchorlabs.in with your order number within 48 hours of delivery.
